This turnkey unit is the perfect tropical getaway for a multi-home owning, globe-trotting Latin American family.   In this pristine Miami condo Mendez Vela used recess lighting and LED in the perimeter and window pockets of the living and dining rooms. They incorporated varied textures and a warm palette of organic and white tones on the walls throughout the condo. The dining room, living room and foyer feature custom walnut wood paneling that beautifully contrast the shell wallpaper. Glass tile covers an entire wall, and the floor tiles are a light-colored mosaic. The overall effect is Miami at its most chic. A vintage console table lined in goat skin and glass adorns the foyer, as does and a stylish sculpture by Tolla Inbar.

The Miami condo had a long and narrow living room which presented a challenge for the design team. The bar cabinet was built from the Mendez Vela custom furniture collection with exotic solid woods.
