The client’s presence and involvement added significant inspiration to the design of this tropical modern waterfront, Miami Beach home with mesmerizing views of the water and Miami’s blue skies. The result reflects each family member’s personality, accommodating their individual needs. Equipped with automation and custom lights for interior and exterior that creates the mood. Displayed in the foyer a custom size Roberto Cavalli “Hit” leather fringe receiving table that is always full of books and fresh flowers, topped with a shimmering nickel chain chandelier. Behind is an impacting wall that looks as if is wrapped in a book match natural agate, but it is really a fantastic wall paper illusion in hues of grey metallics that look like minerals and is illuminated by floor inset lights. The main living room is in a soft pallet of greys with accents of bright blues and amethyst. The amazing art panel is by Alex Turco. The designers and clients visited the artist studio, and experienced the process behind the creation of the piece. You can sit for hours enjoying it and always experience different movement. The clients were involved from inception to completion and the relationship between clients and designers blossomed into a friendship.
